SEND Transition & Progression Advisor for Deaf Learners

Bolton College is seeking a Transition and Progression Advisor - SEND - D/deaf to support diverse learners in their progression. You will assess needs, plan transition activities and work with college leadership to ensure compliance, while delivering Disability Awareness training to staff.

The role requires a Level 4 SEND qualification or equivalent, PGCE, and experience in Further Education, including EHCP processes and BSL (Stage 3) or equivalent.
