The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs - so patience, resilience, and a proactive approach are key. The role: You'll be supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them engage with learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported in the classroom. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys being active, involved, and making an impact.
