We are recruiting enthusiastic, caring and dependable individuals to support pupils across a range of Primary and SEND settings in Ilkeston and throughout Derbyshire.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools on a full-time, part-time or day-to-day supply basis. Opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and SEND provisions (up to age 25).

We welcome applicants with or without school experience. If you have a background in care, residential support, youth work, sports coaching, community work or similar people-focused roles, your transferable skills are highly valued and can make a significant difference in our classrooms.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 08:30 - 15:30 (Full day)

• 08:30 - 12:30 (Mornings)

• 12:30 - 15:30 (Afternoons)

• Primary Schools: 4-11 years

• SEND Schools: 4-25 years

• Creating a positive, safe and supportive learning environment

• Motivating pupils and encouraging engagement

• Helping children remain focused and involved in activities

• Providing support tailored to individual learning needs

No formal qualifications are required - we're seeking individuals with the right attitude, empathy and commitment. Any experience or training in education, care or support roles is an advantage.
