Location: Southwark, South London
Position: Full Time Permanent

The Role

You will:

  • Deliver outstanding, differentiated teaching tailored to pupils with complex SEND needs
  • Develop and implement effective EHCP-focused learning plans
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, therapists and external agencies
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Engage positively with parents, carers and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Contribute actively as a key member of a dynamic and supportive staff team

We are looking for a professional who is:

  • Highly experienced within SEND settings (essential)
  • An outstanding team worker and confident communicator
  • Calm, resilient and solution-focused
  • Passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress
  • Organised, proactive and adaptable

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service preferred)
  • Adult DBS clearance
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Proven experience working with pupils with complex needs
