Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - SEMH School (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)

I C Talent is recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work full-time (Monday-Friday) in a specialist SEMH school in St Neots.

The school is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision for pupils aged 11-16. All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with a range of SEND needs, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, autism (where SEMH is the primary need), ADHD, and medical needs. The setting offers small classes and a structured, supportive environment focused on emotional regulation and personalised learning.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Support students with SEMH and additional SEND needs
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff

• Essential: Previous SEMH experience
• Experience supporting SEND students
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply and pay for one
