SEND Support Worker

We're working with specialist SEND provisions across North Bristol looking for experienced support staff who can bring calm, consistency, and confidence to the classroom.

• Support pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH
• Assist with behaviour management and de-escalation
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Previous SEND or care experience
• Resilient, patient, and empathetic
• Confident handling challenging behaviour

• Ongoing training and development opportunities
• Support from experienced consultants
• Opportunity to secure long term placements

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
