About the School

We are a well established SEND school based in Chelmsford. The school supports pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). It operates across separate sites based on age groupings, in a highly supportive, inclusive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support pupils with a range of needs across different age groups, assisting teaching staff in providing inclusive, individualized education.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of complex needs.
• Nurturing, resilient and proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external professionals.
• Patience, empathy and passion for supporting young people with SEND.
• Suitable qualifications for the position advertised.

Job Details

This is a temporary position unless otherwise stated.

Applicants must provide an up to date DBS, or be prepared for Axcis to process one on their behalf, in addition to other mandatory compliance checks in line with DfE guidelines.

Salary and pay rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
