A SEN school in SE6 are looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join their nurturing SEN school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating a safe, structured and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

About the Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a vital part in our pupils' day by:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children who have social, emotional and mental health needs
• Supporting pupils during lunch, both in the dining hall and outdoor play areas
• Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social interaction
• Helping create a calm, safe and inclusive environment
• Working closely with staff to ensure routines are followed and pupils feel supported

What We're Looking For

• MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS
• Patient, resilient and able to support children in a SEND/ COMPLEX NEEDS setting
• Confident in setting boundaries with warmth and consistency
• Able to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet
• Passionate about helping young people thrive
