SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - College in Bromley Full Time & Part Time Positions - Start January 2026. A college in Bromley is seeking SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our friendly and supportive team. We work with students aged 16+ with a wide range of additional needs and disabilities, including ASD, ADHD, and physical disabilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for experienced support staff who are passionate about helping young people thrive in an educational setting.
Key Details- Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: January 2026
- Positions: Full time & Part time
- Location: College in Bromley
- Provide classroom and individual support for students with SEND.
- Assist with personal care when required.
- Support students' learning, independence, and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external professionals.
- Previous experience working with young people aged 16+ with SEND, either in a college or as a support worker.
- Comfortable providing personal care if needed.
- Child & adult DBS.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable.
- A welcoming and inclusive setting.
