Ian Ramsey CE Academy is seeking to employ a dynamic, outstanding professional who will inspire and motivate all within our school community.

• Champion inclusive practice by coaching colleagues, raising awareness of pupil needs and helping staff feel confident in supporting SEND learners?
• Want to make a visible difference across the school by ensuring every child - especially the most vulnerable - can participate, progress and belong?
