Job Description
Essex County Council, through the SEND Inclusion Partner role in Chelmsford, seeks an experienced education professional to drive inclusive practice across schools and settings. You will support One-Planning, Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) and Annual Reviews to improve outcomes for CYP with SEND.
The post requires a Bachelor's degree with QTS, evidence of ongoing SEND CPD, and substantial SEND experience.
