Schools across East Sussex are currently recruiting educators who are interested in working within SEND and SEMH environments and making a positive difference in the classroom.
These roles involve supporting pupils who may need additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation or learning. Schools are looking for staff who can provide consistency, clear expectations and a supportive approach.
We are currently seeking both teachers and classroom support staff who are open to opportunities across SEND and SEMH schools.
Roles May Include- SEND and SEMH teaching positions
- Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant roles
- Classroom support roles
- 1:1 and small group support
- Behaviour and engagement support
- Long-term and flexible placements
Opportunities are available across a range of schools, allowing educators to find roles that suit their experience and preferred working style.

Previous SEND experience is welcomed but not essential. Schools value attitude and willingness to learn just as much as experience.

- Teaching Assistant / LSA roles paid at £89.38 per day
- A child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently have one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
