SEND Advocate Term-Time Role with CPD & Flexible Working

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking passionate SEND Advocates to join our team at Aylesbury Campus on a permanent, term-time only basis. The role supports learners to access the curriculum, develop independence and work-related skills, in 1:1 or small-group settings across classrooms and workshops.

The successful candidate will be empathetic, a strong communicator, and committed to safeguarding. We offer a 37-hour week during term time (38 weeks), with flexible options and generous benefits.
