This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about inclusion and committed to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative Trust that places student wellbeing, achievement, and staff development at the heart of everything it does.About the RoleAs SENCO, you will take responsibility for coordinating and developing the school's SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
