SENCo Lead: Inclusive Early Years & Family Partnership

Finkley Nurseries is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (SENCo Qualified or willing to train) to lead inclusive practices in Salisbury. Responsibilities include hands-on work with children, coaching staff, and engaging with families. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification and understands SEND processes.
