SENCo Kensington & Chelsea

- Develop and implement effective strategies as a SENCo
- Support teachers in delivering inclusive practice as a SENCo
- Monitor pupil progress and EHCP outcomes as a SENCo
- Work with external professionals and families as a SENCo
- UK QTS and NASENCo qualification (or working towards) required for this SENCo role
- Proven experience in SEND leadership as a SENCo
- Strong knowledge of EHCP processes as a SENCo
- Ability to inspire staff and drive inclusion as a SENCo
