SEN Youth Mentor: Empowering Students to Succeed

Engage Partners Limited seeks a Youth Mentor for a SEN school in Salford. You will mentor students aged 11-17, supporting academic, social, and emotional development and working with teachers to maintain engagement.

You will use positive reinforcement and de escalation techniques, support EHCPs, and lead group activities to build resilience and social skills. A DBS check is required and the role runs 08:30-15:15 with PAYE salary terms.
