Overview

SEN Teaching Assistant (Part-Time Mornings Only) - Wirral, Merseyside. Monday-Friday Morning Hours. Competitive weekly pay (£500- £560). Potential to increase hours in the future. A welcoming primary school is seeking a passionate and confident SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, mornings-only basis.

This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate or Education graduate with a strong SEN background who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and values-driven school.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs).
• Be confident, proactive and emotionally intelligent in classroom settings.
• Build calm, patient, and trusting relationships with pupils.
• Contribute to helping every child reach their full potential with compassion and high expectations.

Qualifications

• A Psychology or Education graduate.
• Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, additional needs).
• Confident, proactive and emotionally intelligent.
• Calm, patient and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
• Passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
