As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom
Assist with differentiated learning tasks and emotional regulation
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement effective support strategies
Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
