This SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy or SEND teaching. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and moderate learning difficulties, helping them access learning while developing confidence and independence.
Working alongside experienced teachers and specialist professionals, you will become part of a highly collaborative team focused on ensuring every pupil achieves meaningful progress.
Full Academic Year £500-£550 per week What the school can offer a SEN Teaching Assistant:- Specialist SEND training throughout the academic year

- Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree
- Have a genuine interest in SEND
- Be patient, resilient and empathetic
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Have aspirations towards specialist education or therapy
