This role is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with a child who has Special Educational Needs, providing invaluable support to help them thrive academically and socially.Your Role:Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with SEN, assisting with their learning and personal developmentWork alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored support and ensure the child's needs are metFoster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentSupport with behaviour management, as well as social and emotional developmentCollaborate with parents, staff, and external professionals to ensure the child receives the best care and educationWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience working in a UK primary school (essential)Experience supporting children with SEN (ideal, but not essential)A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to working with childrenStrong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a teamA genuine passion for making a difference in children's livesThis role is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to take on a rewarding position in a supportive school environment.
