Key Responsibilities:- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored lesson plans and learning activities
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, communicating with teachers and parents
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
- Collaborating with the wider school team to ensure the implementation of effective SEN strategies
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational or SEN setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student development
