Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored lesson plans and learning activities
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, communicating with teachers and parents
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
• Collaborating with the wider school team to ensure the implementation of effective SEN strategies
