  • Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement with learning
  • Working closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team to implement behaviour and support plans
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience working with SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour
  • A calm, patient and resilient nature
  • Confident supporting pupils who may display dysregulated or distressed behaviour
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain consistent and firm but fair
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
What's on Offer
  • £105 per day, depending on experience
  • Supportive staff team and strong pastoral structure
  • Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a specialist SEN environment
  • A rewarding role making a genuine difference to young people's lives
  • A DBS on the Update Service is required, or willingness to apply for a new one.
