Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Long-Term
We are working with a specialist SEN provision and are looking to recruit a highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, working 8:30am to 3:30pm, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
- Supporting pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation
- Implementing strategies to support behaviour and engagement
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing environment
- Has strong experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Is confident supporting pupils with additional needs
- Is patient, resilient and proactive
- Can commit to a full-time, long-term role
