Who This Role Suits

• This position would be ideal if you are:
• An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
• A Psychology (or related) graduate keen to gain practical experience
• Able to travel to Dunstable
• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs

Key SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting teachers with individual learning plans
• Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
• Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Patient, caring, and dependable
• Experienced working with children (SEN experience is a bonus, not a must)
• A strong team player with a proactive mindset

• Able to commute to Dunstable
