The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to 2 pupils with ASD in KS1. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic and proactive, ensuring those children's individual learning and emotional needs are met. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored strategies that encourage positive behaviour, social development and academic achievement. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly ASD is highly desirable.
