SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Kentish Town - September Start

A secondary school in Kentish Town, Camden is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This is a good fit for someone who can support pupils without needing constant direction. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year. This role is ideal for someone who can support learning, manage pupil relationships professionally and help students access the classroom without adding pressure to teachers.

What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with SEN, EHCPs, ASD or SEMH needs
• Working across lessons with teachers and support staff
• Helping pupils stay focused and regulated
• Providing consistent classroom and small group support

• School-based support experience or strong transferable experience
• A calm, mature and reliable approach
• Confidence supporting secondary-aged pupils
• Someone who can follow direction but also use initiative

Pay: £90 - £110 per day

Location: Kentish Town, Camden (WC1H 9BT)
