We are working with a well-structured primary school in North London looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can handle challenge without escalation. This is not a passive support role. You will be working with pupils who need consistency, structure, and calm adults who do not react under pressure. The school has strong leadership and clear behaviour systems in place - you will not be left to manage situations alone.

What the role involves

• Supporting pupils with SEN / behavioural needs.
