SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Autism Support

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism within a primary school setting.

You will work both 1:1 and with small groups, supporting pupils with communication, structure, and routine.

• Provide structured support using visual timetables and clear routines
• Support pupils with transitions and sensory needs
• Encourage communication and social interaction
• Work alongside teaching staff to adapt learning materials
• Maintain a calm and consistent learning environment

• Understanding or interest in autism support
• Calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Experience desirable but not essential

• Full-time
• 8:30am - 3:30pm
