A specialist education setting in Harborne is looking to appoint a committed and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the importance of structure, patience, and flexibility within specialist provision, and who values progress in all its forms - academic, social, and emotional.

• Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets

• Teach and support pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning profiles

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to ensure consistency and stability

• Implement effective behaviour and regulation strategies

• Well-established specialist provision in Harborne

• Strong leadership team with a clear vision and supportive ethos

• Small classes with high staff-to-pupil ratios

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Experience working with SEN learners, or a genuine passion for specialist education

• Ability to commute to or work locally within Harborne

• Competitive daily pay of £150-£180 (PAYE)
