SEN Teacher - Lead Calm, Engaging Learning

Protocol Education Ltd in Stockton is seeking an experienced SEN teacher to create calm, engaging learning environments for pupils with a range of additional needs. You'll lead learning in a specialist setting, adapting lessons to individual needs and supporting progress at the pupils' own pace.

You'll work with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to build confidence and routine, managing behaviour calmly and consistently.
