SEN TA (1:1 Support)

This role is all about connection.

You'll be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them navigate their day, regulate emotions, and access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable.

• Deliver consistent 1:1 support in line with EHCP targets
• Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
• Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement
• Work closely with staff and external professionals

• A team that genuinely cares about getting it right
• Consistency across staff, no mixed messages
• A focus on long term progress, not quick fixes

• Someone calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent
• Experience with autism or SEMH is a bonus
• Someone who understands the importance of routine

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
