Job Description
Serenity Education Group is seeking experienced SEN Progress Partners (Teaching Assistants) to support students in small groups and one-to-one settings across our schools. You will deliver a differentiated curriculum and monitor progress, helping pupils achieve academic outcomes.
The role requires resilience, calmness under pressure, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will contribute to PSHE delivery, work collaboratively with teachers and support staff, and participate in our term-time
