Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
- Developing and implementing personalised learning plans to address individual needs
- Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Maintaining detailed records and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress
- Promoting a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the growth and development of young learners
- Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field would be an advantage
