Our tutors are at the heart of the operation, delivering these programmes straight to learners. The Role

You'll use your relevant knowledge and experience to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition sessions to our learners with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.

Sessions will always take place during the day, according to fixed timetables, either in a learner's home or local community venue.

More specifically, you will:

• Teach EYFS/play-based curriculum for a Year 6 learner.
• Use creative, engagingeducationalapproaches tailored to each learner's interests.
• Build positive relationships and foster confidence in our learners.

Requirements

About You

We're looking for passionate tutors with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• At least 2 years of experience teaching SEN learners.
• Relevant and up-to date curriculum and subject knowledge.
• The ability to combine mentoring and academics, building trust and supporting each learner on their personal journey.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and a willingness to complete any mandatory training necessary in this area.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain).
• Ability to travel to learner locations.
• Dedication to making a long term difference in our learners' lives.
• Compassion, patience and resilience.
