SEMH Teaching Assistant - Support & Empower Students

Teaching Personnel in Tonbridge is seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a dedicated unit. This full-time role offers a hands-on, proactive position with potential for permanence for the right candidate.

You will support one-to-one and small group work, build positive relationships, assist with behaviour management and help students develop confidence and essential life skills within a collaborative school environment.
