Job Description
An education recruitment agency in Birmingham is looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support, assisting with interventions, and encouraging positive behaviours. Ideal candidates should have experience managing challenging behaviour and be patient, adaptable, and resilient. Enhanced DBS is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of £90 - £105 per day.
