SEMH TA - Calm, Consistent Support (Permanent)

Senovo is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant for a permanent position in Barking, starting September 2026. You will support pupils with SEMH and behaviour needs, helping them stay engaged and regulated within a calm, structured environment.

The role involves working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and behaviour leads to establish consistent routines. Ideal candidates have experience in schools or youth work, mentoring, PRU/AP or behaviour support, and a calm, patient, professional approach.
