A specialist SEMH provision in Birmingham is seeking a recent graduate to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role involves applying restorative practices, building positive relationships, and promoting emotional regulation. Ideal candidates are empathetic and resilient individuals passionate about helping young people facing barriers to mainstream education. Experience supporting young people is desirable, as well as an Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.
