SEMH Inclusion Practitioner - Transforming Primary Education

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated practitioner to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in primary settings. You will work across Oakfield Short Stay bases and partner schools, applying trauma informed strategies to help pupils remain in mainstream provision and access appropriate support.

The role requires a HLTA qualification (or equivalent) with Maths and English GCSEs, strong coaching skills, and the ability to travel countywide.
