SEMH Behaviour Support - 1:1 & Small Groups

A leading educational organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role involves providing 1:1 support, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping create a safe learning environment. Candidates should have experience with children with challenging behaviours, and calm and resilient approaches are essential. Training opportunities, including Thrive training, are provided. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence.
