SEMH & Behaviour Support Learning Assistant

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant in Gateshead to provide support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, assisting with emotional regulation, and building trusting relationships with pupils. Ideal candidates will be resilient and patient, with an interest in behaviour support. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, providing a structured and rewarding environment for both staff and children.
