A professional high net worth family based in Holland Park is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to join their household on a long term basis. This is a busy, fully staffed home and an excellent opportunity for a career nanny who is confident working within a dynamic family environment and supporting children across multiple age groups.

Key Information

• Location: Holland Park, London
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Salary: £80,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
• Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the children's day to day care, including school and nursery drop offs and pick ups.
• Arrange stimulating and age appropriate activities.
• Support homework and creative play.
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain smooth morning, bath and bedtime routines.
• Support the baby's feeding, sleep schedule and developmental milestones.
• Work closely with parents to ensure continuity in approach and routine.
• Manage international travel during school holidays.
• Collaborate with the family's existing nanny on a shared rota basis, ensuring excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for babies, toddlers and school aged children within private households.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing routines with confidence, warmth and consistency.
• Calm, adaptable and emotionally intelligent, able to integrate seamlessly into the household and remain composed in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible and professional approach; previous travel experience highly desirable.
