This position focuses on workforce supervision, operational coordination, employee engagement, and compliance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team productivity, maintaining staffing standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery.

Resource Planning & Administration

• Coordinate shift planning and workforce scheduling
• Manage leave requests, absences, and staff allocation
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Ensure all personnel are fully site-compliant and inducted
