Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor - Dublin sites, Full time - Permanent

Full time Permanent, 45 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7. €19 per hour, van and uniform provided, opportunities for career development, plus our Sodexo employee benefits package.

What you'll do:

• Lead, supervise and support a team delivering a professional security service across multiple sites.
• Plan, organise and oversee daily shift activities, ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard.
• Carry out mobile security patrols, alarm response and site inspections using a company vehicle.
• Act as the first point of contact for Security Officers, providing guidance, support and escalation management.
• Monitor team performance, conduct briefings and support training, onboarding and development activities.
• Ensure all incidents, accidents, welfare concerns and disciplinary matters are reported and managed appropriately.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems, responding quickly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, site logs and compliance documentation in line with company procedures.

What you'll bring:

• A valid PSA Static Guarding Licence is essential.
• A full Irish Driving Licence is essential for this mobile role (company van provided).
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience within the security industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, CCTV systems, access control and alarm monitoring.
• Experience leading teams, organising workloads and managing operational priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Confidence dealing with emergency situations, incidents, investigations and conflict resolution professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
• Strong IT and administration skills with experience completing reports, logs and compliance.
