Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. A bit about what you will do

• OurSecurity Supervisorwill perform hotel security duties and follow procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property.
• Assist the Security Manager in implementing security measures for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations when necessary.
• Conduct security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access and addressing matters involving security, fire and health & safety.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel's policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.
• Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.
• Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and inform the security manager accordingly.

• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• SIA Licence a must.
