Security Shift Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Team Leader to support the delivery of security operations at a prestigious corporate site. You will lead shifts, coordinate officers, manage control room activities, monitor security systems and support the Security Supervisor in maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shift activities


• Manage shift handovers, patrols and officer deployment


• Oversee control room operations including ACS, CCTV and alarm monitoring


• Administer access control, contractor passes and key management systems


• Conduct officer briefings, inspections and safety checks


• Coordinate incident response and ensure accurate reporting


• Maintain security logs, databases and operational records


• Support the Security Supervisor and step into the role when required

Essential Requirements

• Current SIA Door Supervisor Licence


• Current SIA CCTV Licence


• Strong administration, report writing and IT skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to coordinate staff and manage multiple priorities


• Experience operating access control and CCTV systems


• Strong incident management and decision-making abilities

Desirable Experience

• Experience within a corporate security or control room environment


• Knowledge of Lenel OnGuard access control systems


• Experience using Avigilon CCTV systems


• Experience managing contractor access, key systems and security records


• Previous leadership or team coordination experience
