Security Shift Leader: Mall Ops & Guest Services

ABM is seeking a Security Shift Leader at Cotswold Designer Outlet to oversee day-to-day Soft Services on shift, including security, housekeeping and Guest Services. You will act as the on-shift lead, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across the site.

The role reports to the Shared Services Manager and requires an SIA licence, strong communications, and the ability to lead, mentor and respond to incidents with confidence.
