Security Operations Lead - Protect People & Assets

Sodexo York is seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to lead and develop the Security Operations team on site. You will oversee shift operations, incident response, and interactions with clients, contractors and emergency services to maintain a safe environment.

Key duties include managing CCTV and access control, conducting risk assessments, training officers, and ensuring compliance with SIA licensing and health & safety requirements.
