Location: Newcastle under Lyme

Pay Rate: £12.94per hour

Shift: 12hour shifts 4 on 4 off (overtime available)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will be the first point of contact on site, providing a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service. Your role will be key in ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a visible and approachable security presence
• Keeping staff, visitors, and the site safe and secure
• Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms
• Managing access control and visitor entry
• Writing clear incident reports and daily logs

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work alone and within a team
• Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude
• Good timekeeping and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
